Customer Information and Aid Request. If you have multiple accounts, you must apply for each one separately but, may be notified for all accounts in one response.

 To apply for aid, you must be affected personally by either illness of  yourself, children or spouse or impacted by layoffs that will cause a loss of  income.   
Your account must also be current as of March 1st, 2020. When applying for this aid, you must still attempt to make your payments. Any forgiven fees that you pay after March 1st will be refunded back to you or applied to the settlement balance if applicable.
